Task Workflows
Configure tasks that are automatically created for new bookings. Each template creates one task per booking, with a due date relative to check-in or check-out.

Apply templates to existing bookings
“Fill in what's missing” only touches bookings with no tasks at all. The two “re-create” buttons DELETE every template-generated task in the organisation first, then generate them again from the current templates. Manual tasks are never affected.
