Guests pay by card into your own Stripe account. The money goes straight to you — it never passes through Posadita, and we take nothing on top of Stripe's own fee.
Paying without a card
How your guests pay you today. Whatever you tick here is shown to them with their booking.
Deposit and balance
Take part of it when they book and the rest closer to arrival. Leave both empty to ask for the whole amount at once.
On a €1,000.00 booking: €1,000.00 when they book.
Security deposit
Held on the guest's card, never charged unless something is damaged. Placed a few days before they leave — a card authorisation lasts seven days, so it is timed to still be live the day after check-out, when the cleaner has been.
Only on stays paid by card. A guest who paid by transfer has no card to hold, and nothing is placed.
